These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dana FitTech Limited's mobile applications, platforms, and services, including Dana AI and Dana Labs. By downloading, registering, or using any Dana service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Dana operates two key platforms:

Dana AI

An AI-powered financial companion that provides smart financial product matchmaking, rewards, and gamified financial education through videos, quizzes, and modules. It uses alternative data (transaction history, behavior, digital signals) to assess affordability and match users to suitable institutions or advisors.

Dana Labs

A platform supporting data-driven credit scoring and digital lending in partnership with microfinance institutions (MFIs), fintechs, and licensed lenders.

Both platforms may share infrastructure and data in accordance with Dana's Privacy Policy.

By using Dana, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Use the services lawfully and ethically

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Inform Dana of any unauthorized access or misuse

• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules

Dana reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or breach of user responsibilities.

Your data usage is governed by Dana's Privacy Policy. By using our services, you authorize Dana to collect, process, and share your personal and financial information with:

• Financial institutions and MFIs

• Credit bureaus and analytics providers

• Regulatory or compliance authorities

Purposes include:

• Creditworthiness evaluation

• Personalized financial matching

• Reward management and financial education

• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Risk, fraud, and misuse monitoring

Dana may monitor user activities, including person-to-person chat interfaces, to enforce platform rules, ensure community safety, and resolve disputes.

Dana is not a lender or financial institution. We do not issue loans or financial products directly. Our role is to:

• Connect you to relevant third-party institutions

• Facilitate credit checks and product eligibility

• Enable consent-based data sharing

All financial products accessed through Dana are subject to the terms and approval criteria of the respective providers. Dana assumes no liability for third-party decisions or agreements.

Dana AI offers rewards linked to financial literacy participation.

Reward Terms:

• May include cashback, vouchers, or loyalty points

• Subject to availability and defined expiration rules

• Non-transferable and non-exchangeable

• Dana may suspend rewards for abuse, manipulation, or fraud

• We reserve the right to change or discontinue the program at any time

All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding on Dana platforms are owned by Dana Fintech Ltd or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission

• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or extract any system components

• Use bots or scraping tools to access Dana's data

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Dana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Dana does not guarantee outcomes of financial recommendations

• Dana disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose

• Your only remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For breach of Terms or fraudulent activity

• If required by law or regulatory obligation

Upon termination:

• Your access to the app ceases

• Your data may be retained as per the Privacy Policy and legal requirements

We may revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via app notifications or email.

Continued use after changes are published constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
